Our Team.

​Dave has 27 years in the sports turf industry, which included 4 years working in the UK on football, lawn tennis and cricket grounds. Dave has a National Certificate in Turf Management and is sports mad. He loves the connection this job gives him to sport, where the quality of the surface played on, can help the quality of the game played.

Natasha has a National Certificate in Health and Safety and the all-round experience in the office to deal with all company matters. Tash is invaluable support to the team in the field, keeping the companies policies and procedures at the forefront of everything we do.   

Roger Heywood is our first full time employee and has worked with Dave the past 12 years in their previous roles. Roger is also qualified with a National Certificate in Turf Management and has been in the turf industry for over 20 years, with experience that has covered golf courses and sport grounds. Roger's skillset and machinery knowledge is at a high level, insuring a quality finish to all jobs.
